The Company -
jPronto, Corp. is a technology company based in the Utica, New York area, is a C-Corporation, incorporated in the State of New York in 2002. The company management team is a mix of seasoned industry business and technology managers, experienced technologists, and eCommerce entrepreneurs. jPronto encourages and nurtures the innovative spirit and is focused on providing opportunities for its employees and its investors, while contributing to the economic improvement of the Mohawk Valley.

jPronto’s advanced products and services leverage cutting edge digital and internet technology. One area of jPronto’s product set capitalizes on the explosive growth of wireless devices. jPronto specializes in creating custom business applications for the latest line of cell phones and Personal Digital Assistants (PDAs).

The Management Team -
John F. Spina, jPronto Corporation President and CEO. From 1992-2000, Spina was Vice-President and Director of Information & Software Technologies for ITT Industries, Alexandria, VA and oversaw annual sales of $40M. In August 1984, Spina started the Kaman Sciences office in Utica, NY and quickly grew sales to $10M per year. He was elected Vice-President for Advanced Technology in 1989 and oversaw Kaman Sciences’ operations in Utica, NY, Huntsville, Ala., Boston, MA, Albuquerque, NM, Santa Monica, CA and Alexandria, VA. Kaman Sciences was sold to ITT Industries in 1997. From 1963 to 1984, he was employed at the US Air Force Research Lab (then the Rome Air Development Center), leaving his post as Chief of the Electromagnetic Compatibility Branch in August 1984 to join Kaman Sciences. He has a BA in Mathematics, BS and MS in Electrical Engineering all from Syracuse University and graduated from the Stanford Executive Institute at Stanford University's Graduate School of Business.

Rodger P. Potocki, Vice President of Marketing and Development, jPronto Inc. Mr. Potocki is the former President of The Potocki Group, a business development consulting company, Vice President and Northern District Director of Family Golf Centers, Inc., a national recreation facility company, and past Executive Vice President of the Oneida County, New York Industrial Development Corp., a non-profit business development agency. Rodger has a BA from Utica College of Syracuse University and MA from the University of Albany.

Michael Spina, jPronto Corporation Vice-President and CFO. Michael is responsible for finances, contracts, accounting, and facility planning. Michael has 7 years experience managing Internet, E-Commerce and Multimedia Solutions companies. Michael has a BS in Finance from SUNY IT.

Nathaniel A. Gemelli, jPronto Corporation Vice-President. He is a co-inventor of BetNow©. Mr. Gemelli is currently the principal research engineer and developer for the W2. He has a BS in Computer Science with a Mathematics Minor from SUNY Oswego, and A MS in Computer Science and Engineering at Syracuse University.

John Spina, jPronto Corporation Vice-President and Program Manager. Mr. Spina is a computer engineer with 18 years experience in software engineering and program management. He is a co-inventor of BetNow© and ShopNow© and has a BS in Computer Science from Utica College of Syracuse University. He has completed coursework for an MS in Computer Science.

Anthony J. Casale, Mr. Casale is a veteran of more than three decades in government, politics, business and higher education in New York, Florida, Delaware, Washington, D.C. and internationally. He served nine terms in the New York State Assembly, was Chairman and CEO of the State Liquor Authority for three years, and Vice President and Executive Assistant to the President of Lynn University in Boca Raton, Florida from 1998-2006. He is a licensed real estate broker, was on the Board of Directors of the former Herkimer County Trust Company, and is currently a public affairs and business development consultant with offices in Cooperstown, New York, and Highland Beach, Florida.
